As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and passionate In-House Graphic Designer to join our team.

**Position Overview**: As an In-House Graphic Designer at ABE Direct Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our marketing efforts. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create visually stunning and impactful designs that resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, website design, banners, social media graphics, and more.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to develop creative concepts and design solutions for various campaigns and projects.
- Produce high-quality digital and print graphics that meet the objectives of each project.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
- Manage and organize a library of design assets for easy access.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others as required).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of printing processes and pre-press procedures is a plus.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a bonus.
