3. Proven track record of successfully managing joinery projects from start to finish.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

6. Energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and career advancement.

7. Proficiency in project management tools and software to plan, track, and report on project progress.

8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction and joinery work.

9. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes.
