**Job description**

As a Spa Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing regulations within the facility as well as manage day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise the staffing plans and oversees staff selection and recruitment process based on the scope of care provided by each service.
- Provide a leadership role and ensure patient safety and quality of care is upheld at the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with case management and spa goals through regular monitoring of case management performance.
- Meeting the financial goals of the organization, executing strategic plans to include marketing initiatives and staff training.
- Use the ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve highest standards, operational goals and exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with root cause analysis and enterprise resolution of issues; modify programs as needed to achieve desired results.
- Identify any safety hazards and provide corrective actions.
- Supervise and follow up on guest requests and comments.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of previous working experience as a Spa Operations Manager.
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Attention to details.

**Language**:

- Arabic Language (required), English (required)
