**JOB TITLE**

**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Grand Vendeur is responsible for building solid relationships with customers by providing personalized shopping experiences and ensuring their unique needs, preferences, and styles are met. The role must be a key player in driving revenue growth for our diverse portfolio of fashion & home brands, closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The role involves understanding the dynamic retail industry, staying updated on current trends, and effectively selling our products to a broad custome
**ROLE PROFILE**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and company objectives.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Take full ownership of Customer Service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, understanding customer needs and enabling the fulfillment of an exceptional experience for the customer.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management and implement strategic initiatives to increase market share and profitability.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in inventory management.

- Leverage events to drive sales, engage with customers, and promote brand awareness by compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Plan and execute in-store or virtual shopping experiences to achieve business objectives by communicating the value proposition and unique selling points to customers.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong Cllient data base in UAE is a must
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
