- **Responsibilities**:_

As our Lead Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, collaborating with clients and colleagues to bring their visions to life. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Undertaking design projects from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless journey for our clients.
- Defining project requirements and creating a realistic schedule during the briefing phase.
- Skillfully interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans, capturing their unique preferences and desires.
- Setting costs and project fees according to the allocated budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Conducting thorough research to identify the best materials and products that align with the project's vision.
- Showcasing your creativity by producing captivating samples and mood boards that inspire and excite our clients.
- Supervising the work progress, ensuring all aspects of the design are implemented with precision and excellence.
- Collaborating closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors to foster a seamless teamwork environment.
- Keeping yourself updated with the latest industry changes, evolutions, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge designs.
- Identify New Business Opportunities, Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate leads for interior design & fit-out services, expanding the company's client base and market presence.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's interior design services, increasing brand visibility and attracting potential clients.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to shape the company's offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilizing your business development acumen to negotiate and close sales agreements, meeting the Company's Business Development plan and driving revenue growth.
- **Requirements and Skills**:_

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions.
- Expertise in layout, color theory, lighting design, material selection, custom furniture, and all other interior installations.
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other relevant programs.
- An excellent portfolio showcasing your previous projects, demonstrating your eye for detail and innovative design solutions.
- A creative flair, vivid imagination, and an innate sense of design aesthetics that set you apart from the rest.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients and team members.
- Project management skills to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget.
- You are located in the UAE and have a valid UAE driving license.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, providing you with the academic foundation to excel in this role.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
