Project Engr.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical calculation for paint materials, abrasive.allocated manpower, coast wise.
- A wear about painting standards, paint defect and carry out with suitable repair within the budgeted.
- Provide the technical support for existing equipment and Identify cost reductions & process improvements.
- Ability to create the required project budgets and coats, planning, Invoicing.
- Preform technical investigation for shop repair return jobs to identify root cause of failure, corrective repair actions and lesson learned.
- Introduce the latest technology in coating and support QC team for achieve the project quality as per specification and slandered.
- Develop and revise department’s technical procedures and standards.
- Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to junior team (supervisors ,foramens), quality inspectors and technicians.
- Provide technical input for purchasing specifications including technical proposal evaluation.
- Liaise with Department engineers, Consulting Services Department (CSD).
- Participate in vendor and customer exchange meetings.
- Minimum Requirements
- Experience in protective l coating, marine coating, lining, PFP and rob axes is advanced
- Certification in coating (B Gas, NACE 1. )
- Excellent English reading and writing.
- A wear about ERP, EPICOR, Or alternatives software.
