**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of lifting equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform load tests and inspections on cranes, hoists, slings, and other lifting devices.
- Document and report inspection results, including any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
- Ensure all lifting equipment is properly certified and records are maintained.
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to lifting equipment and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Certified Lifting Inspector (CLI) or equivalent certification is required (LEEA).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in lifting equipment inspection.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ASME, and other relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
