Develop and implement strategies to promote hospitality services and generate income from room sales and marketing.
- Assessing Risk for new Hotels and Airlines partnerships and taking decision with Direct Manager
- Reporting and taking approvals on business proposals, all financial discussions with direct Manager
- Initiate and give planning and marketing ideas to Marketing Executive/ Operation Manages on how to manage new business opportunities with cost vs feasibility point of view
- Create strategy for promoting products or offers through social media and other platforms for optimal reach and new customer acquisition
- Support Sales whenever required.
- Monthly meeting with direct manager to evaluate operations and Sales reports.
- Oversee and coordinate all travel logistics for event participants, including transportation and hotel bookings.
- Work closely with vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Handle special requests and accommodations for VIPs and other key members
- Manage event venues, ensuring they are well-prepared and meet the requirements of each event.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address venue-related needs.
- Coordinate food catering services for events, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Provide VIP services, ensuring special attention and care for key participants.
- Regularly review and update policies to reflect evolving business needs and changes in the external environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures for event and travel hospitality, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to the Hospitality team, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to excel in their daily tasks.
- Efficiently manage the team's annual leave schedule, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any personal or HR-related issues that may arise.
- Conduct thorough performance appraisals for team members, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for growth.
- Develop and manage budgets for events and travel projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Track and report expenses, income, and profit margin, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Hospitality sectors
- Understanding of Hotel and Airline policies pertaining MICE agreements
- Have basic experience in knowing the booking system of Hotels and Airline Software
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including experience in managing a team of hospitality professionals
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with hospitality software and technology, including event management software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
