**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Task & Duties)**:
**1. Legal Compliance**:
**? Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the organization's**
**compliance.**
**? Assess the impact of new or changing regulations on the organization's operations and provide**
**recommendations to maintain compliance.**
**? Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements.**
**? Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and operations, to ensure legal compliance in**
**their respective areas.**
**2. Contracts Management**:
**? Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including agreements with clients, vendors, and**
**other third parties.**
**? Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.**
**? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with business objectives and legal**
**requirements.**
**3. Legal Advisory and Risk Management**:
**? Provide legal advice and guidance to management and employees on various legal issues, including labor**
**law, commercial law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.**
**? Assess and manage legal risks associated with business operations and propose effective risk mitigation**
**strategies.**
**? Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes and resolve legal issues.**
**4. Dispute Resolution and Litigation**:
**? Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and settlements.**
**? Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and manage legal disputes in alignment with the**
**organization's interests.**
**? Prepare and review legal documents, such as legal opinions, contracts, pleadings, and settlement**
**agreements.**
**5. Regulatory and Governmental Affairs**:

**? Liaise with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and industry associations to address legal and**
**regulatory matters.**
**? Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the organization and provide guidance**
**accordingly.**
**? Assist in obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and approvals from relevant authorities.**
**6. Legal Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
**? Maintain accurate and comprehensive legal documentation, records, and contracts.**
**? Ensure proper documentation of legal activities, correspondence, and decisions.**
**? Safeguard confidential and sensitive legal information.**
**Qualification & Experience**
**? Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.**
**? A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as a legal advisor or in a similar legal role.**
**Knowledge & Skills**
**? Strong understanding of commercial law, employment law, intellectual property and contract law.**
**? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.**
**? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.**
**? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
**? Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.**
**? Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.**
**? Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.**
**? Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic is required.**
