**Job Summary**
Position: Receptionist cum Salesperson
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's booking system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns
- Promote salon services and upsell products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register
- Collaborate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist and salesperson in a salon setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- **Strong sales and negotiation abilities (salary + sales comission)**
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using salon management software and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
