**Designation: Legal Typist and Translator**

**Job Brief**:Shuraa is seeking young talent to join us on board as a Legal Typist and Translator. The objective of the role will convert written material from one or more 'source languages' into the 'target language', making sure that the translated version conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translating Legal documents.
- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy.
- Following up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs.
- Typing all required contracts for establishing new LLC, Civil Works, and Sole establishment companies.
- Typing all kinds of Agreements like contracts of local service agent etc.
- Typing or Translating General/Special Power of attorneys.
- Typing all kind of NOC Letters, Letters for DED, RTA. DM etc.
- Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems.
- Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Gathering and organize typing material.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Edit content with an eye toward maintaining its original format (e.g., font and structure).
- Reading the given material and research industry-specific terminology.
- Ensuring translated content conveys original meaning and tone.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Keeping information confidential in accordance with security policies.

**Experience**:
