**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, including room attendants, laundry staff, and public area cleaners.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
- Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments to address guest requests and reported issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain housekeeping reports, schedules, and records.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives within the housekeeping department.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping software OPERA
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
