Job Title: Chocolate Chef

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Create a variety of chocolate products, including truffles, pralines, and specialty items, with a focus on quality and consistency.

2. Develop and implement innovative chocolate recipes and flavor combinations.

4. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards during all stages of chocolate production.

5. Collaborate with the culinary team to integrate chocolate elements into overall dessert offerings.

6. Monitor inventory levels, assist in procurement, and manage stock rotation for freshness.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques related to chocolate production.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Chocolate Chef or Chocolatier.

2. Strong knowledge of coloring techniques for chocolate products.

3. Creativity and attention to detail in crafting visually appealing and delicious chocolate confections.

4. Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food production.

5. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
