**Position**: MEP Foreman (Swimming Pool Expertise)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Foreman with a specialized background in swimming pool construction to join our team. As an MEP Foreman with swimming pool expertise, you will play a key role in overseeing the installation and maintenance of MEP systems, with a particular focus on swimming pool facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP installations for swimming pool projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- **MEP System Installation**: Utilize your expertise in MEP systems to oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components for swimming pools. This includes but is not limited to pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, electrical wiring, and plumbing connections.
- **Swimming Pool Integration**: Coordinate closely with swimming pool contractors and designers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with pool structures and features. Ensure that MEP installations meet design specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate a team of MEP technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and proactively.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards related to MEP installations.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP-related matters, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with the completed work.
- **Material and Equipment Management**: Manage inventory levels of materials and equipment necessary for MEP installations, ensuring that supplies are available when needed. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as required.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets and expenses related to MEP installations, ensuring that costs are kept within budgetary constraints. Identify **opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies without compromising quality or safety.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an MEP Foreman or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP systems installation.
- Specialized background in swimming pool construction and MEP integration.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, particularly as they relate to swimming pool facilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse team of technicians and subcontractors.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required, depending on local regulations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
