**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience (3 years) working as an Interior Architect, Interior Designer, or 3D Visualizer in the architecture, interior design, or visualization industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes.
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and 3D visualizations is required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client needs, project goals, and industry standards.
- Create detailed interior architecture plans, including floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
- **3D Visualization**:

- Utilize advanced 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) to produce high-quality renderings and visualizations of interior spaces.
- Generate photorealistic renderings that accurately depict materials, lighting, textures, and spatial arrangements.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, project managers, and other team members.
- **Material Selection and Specification**:

- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of interior spaces.
- Prepare material boards, sample presentations, and product specifications for client review and approval.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design concepts, drawings, and visualizations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and client expectations.
- **Presentation and Communication**:

- Present design concepts and visualizations to clients using compelling presentations and renderings.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify design requirements, resolve issues, and address feedback.
