**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate exercises to VIP client and provide individualized Pilates and Ballets instruction and corrections
- Determine what equipment is needed for Pilates classes, such as balls, mats, blocks, straps, exercise balls, resistance bands, and weights, same with ballet classes
- Teach VIP Client stretching exercises to improve flexibility, posture, and cardiovascular health.
- Demonstrate how to use exercise equipment in a safe manner.
- Demonstrate proper ballet technique during classes
- Assists VIP Client with proper form during exercise routines, ballet and pilates classes
- Observing the VIP Client during class to monitor form, posture, breathing patterns, technique, and safety precautions.
- Leading group fitness classes that focus on strengthening the core muscles and improving balance and flexibility
- Help the VIP Client to learn dance steps, routines, and choreography by demonstrating movements and correcting errors
- Encourage VIP Client to be creative and expressive while instilling proper technique and form.
- Keep up to date on current trends in the ballet world, sharing relevant information with the VIP Client as appropriate.
- Stay abreast of developments in technology that could enhance the teaching and learning of ballet, incorporating new tools as appropriate.
- Perform any other duties assigned by department head

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, physical education, or related field
- Pilates certification from a nationally recognized organization
- **4-6 Years’ experience teaching Pilates & Ballet classes**:

- Good Communication in English, Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Specialty certifications, such as pre
- and post-natal, reformer, or mat work.
- Computer literate
- Great interpersonal skills

**Salary: AED10,000 - 15,000 (all inclusive)**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
