Sales Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering queries, and offering product recommendations across various departments such as food, non-food, and frozen items.
- Maintain a neat and organized display of products, ensuring proper signage and promotional materials are displayed for different categories.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely restocking of food, non-food, and frozen items.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling transactions related to different product categories.
- Coordinate home deliveries for customers, including perishable and frozen goods, as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE's supermarket sector, with expertise in food, non-food, frozen items, etc.
- Proficiency in product knowledge, display strategies, and supplier relations across various supermarket categories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple product categories simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Tagalog is a plus.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
