Mep Drafstman

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Create 2D and 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates for MEP components.
- Review architectural plans to identify potential clashes or conflicts with MEP systems.
- Coordinate with other trades (e.g., structural, civil) to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from project managers or clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP drafting.

**Requirements**:

- More than 6 years of experience working as a Draftsman MEP.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, CWCAD, or Revit for creating technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, fire fighting, and air conditioning in building construction projects.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate drawings within tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to take trade test assessment
- Update CV and portfolio is a must

**Education: Diploma or certification in Drafting or related field.**
