- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth, providing actionable recommendations.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability, including reviewing vendor contracts, expense reports, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives, including expansion plans, new business opportunities, and investment strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members and accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring the restaurant group maintains liquidity for operations and growth.
- Oversee audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and refine internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, presenting findings to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of financial management experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proficient in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with a focus on driving long-term financial success

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
