**Position: FIBERGLASS SUPERVISOR**
**can join immediately**
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Fiberglass tanks manufacturing.
- He will be responsible for the fiberglass tank manufacturing operation and supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in laminating fiberglass tanks and parts.
- Trains and assists workers in the performance of tasks, such as laminating, assembling, painting, and inspecting tanks and component parts. Manage and train employees to use modern fiberglass fabrication techniques
- Reads work orders and blueprints to determine materials needed and requisitions materials.
- Manage multiple projects and contracts and produce products on time.
- Prepare estimates/quote jobs, projects, and contracts. Calculate product cost.
- Inspect all products for quality assurance.
- Organize and maintain the factory/workshop areas.
- Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
