**Job Description Summary**: Reports to: GM Service & OTR international

Service and OTR Operations organization plays a critical role creating and delivering value to our customers and aims at being a competitive advantage in the market to support GE HealthCare’s success in the newly formed International Region.

The OTR Zone GM is an executive leadership role responsible for developing the full Order-To-Remittance strategy and driving execution, operational excellence and continuous improvement for an entire Zone.

As such, the OTR Zone GM is responsible for all aspects of the equipment order execution wing-to-wing process: planning, order booking, fulfillment, order management, delivery coordination and equipment installation project management while enabling faster and simpler processes for cash generation. Improving customer experience and ensuring safety is paramount via lean principles while supporting zone sales growth and margin expansion. This position is a member of the zone leadership team and is a critical partner for the zone commercial teams, and integrator for horizontal execution.Rattachement hiérarchique : GM Service & OTR international

Le directeur général de la zone OTR est un rôle de direction responsable de:

- l’élaboration de la stratégie de l’exécution des ventes équipement
- de s’assureur de la bonne exécution des ventes équipement
- de l’excellence opérationnelle et de l’amélioration continue pour l’ensemble de la zone.

À ce titre, le directeur général de la zone OTR est responsable de l’ensemble des processus d’exécution des ventes équipement soit : les estimés de vente (S&OP), la gestion et le planning des commandes, l’exécution du carnet de commande, la coordination des livraisons et la gestion des projets d’installation des équipements. Elle/il s’assure et met en place des processus permettant une réduction de temps de cycle réduisant les besoins en trésorerie.

L’amélioration de l’expérience client reste son point cardinal ; à l’aide de la méthodologie Lean, elle/il soutient la croissance des ventes dans la Zone et l’expansion des marges sur le long terme.

Le titulaire de ce poste est membre de l’équipe de direction de la Zone et est un partenaire essentiel pour les équipes commerciales et un intégrateur pour les process interfonctionnels.

**Key responsibilities/essential functions include**:

- Responsible for the safety, operational performance and continuous improvement of all critical OTR processes including Order Management, Demo Management, and Installation Project management in the Zone
- Full accountability of OTR Operations Key Performance Indicators for the zone: I&I (Injury and Illnesses), Sales estimate, Forecast accuracy, Inventory, Customer Experience and Cost
- Responsible for executing regional strategies within the zone, including the deployment of processes and tools for order management, demo management, inventory management, planning and installation project management
- Critical business partner to zone leadership in accomplishing the business outcomes required in each zone, including on time delivery (OTD), on time installation (OTI), orders and revenue targets, inventory management, base cost, backlog execution health and cash. The leader will be responsible for delivering quality and predictable results and customer experience on equipment sales in the zone
- Allocating resources to ensure the proper capability, capacity, systems, and operational controls exist to achieve commitments
- Driving a culture of safety, continuous improvement, standard work, and daily management in all aspects of team activities by embracing Lean Thinking and Six Sigma tools
- Developing talents and supporting career evolutions
- Driving a highly collaborative culture, which encourages effective partnership across functional and geographic boundaries to deliver on GE HealthCare business imperatives
- Driving a culture of quality, compliance and safety rooted in personal accountability and team performance
- Develop, coach and lead the OTR teams, setting measurable goals and objectives to evaluate success
- Actively engaged with International OTR Operation Centers to create and implement operational initiatives and process harmonization across the 7 International zones & more broadly, at a GE HealthCare level

**Qualifications**:

- BS Degree with proven leadership in operations or supply chain, logistics or engineering
- Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of the organization.
