**Role Overview**:As a Remote Elementary Teacher Trainer, you'll deliver engaging and impactful training sessions via video to educators worldwide. You'll play a pivotal role in equipping non-certified teachers to effectively utilize the Ontario Ministry of Education's Digital Learning platform within a flipped classroom/blended learning context.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct remote training sessions on the D2L/Brightspace platform.
- Train educators in using the Ontario Ministry of Education's Digital Learning platform.
- Adapt training techniques for diverse backgrounds, emphasizing LMS use, lesson planning, assessments, and more.
- Collaborate with global schools to enhance platform understanding.
- Provide ongoing virtual support to address inquiries and challenges.
- Design tailored training resources for educators of varying qualifications.
- Stay updated on educational trends and D2L/Brightspace best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in elementary education and D2L/Brightspace platform.
- Strong remote training delivery track record.
- Understanding of flipped classroom and blended learning methods.
- Proficiency in the Ontario Ministry of Education's Digital Learning platform.
- Excellent communication skills in diverse cultural contexts.
- Ability to adapt training content for educators' qualifications.
- Familiarity with video conferencing and virtual collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of global education systems and curriculum standards.

**Additional Information**:This is an initial part-time opportunity with potential for full-time transition. Collaborate remotely with educational institutions worldwide to elevate digital learning capabilities.
