We are now seeking an Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for coordinating with students, parents and teachers to ensure smooth operations and service excellence. In this role, you will work closely with Trusity’s Academic Team as well as other stakeholders such as teachers, parents and students from the academic and sales ecosystem, to meet the organization’s objectives.
- Coordinating discussions with prospective clients.
- Pursuing and connecting with parents who complete demo classes for their children.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Working on retention strategies to ensure students re-enroll for further courses.
- Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver high quality customer service

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following Skills and Experience:

- Excellent communication.
- Strong commercial awareness and business skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Self - motivated, critical thinker who is team oriented but also able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
