**Minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese food.**:

- **Location will be in Abudhabi offshore.**:

- Prepares and cook individual Japanese dishes and foods. (Sushi, Okonomiyaki, Miso Soup, Yakitori, Udon, Takoyaki, Soba.
- Preparing sushi ingredients such as slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and rolling sushi.
- Ensures quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
- Ensures that all food is creatively and attractively presented at all times.
- Work with mínimal supervision.
- Additional duties and responsibilities related to the job may be assigned as required.
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared in accordance with recipes.
- Developing menu ideas and creating new recipes.
- Keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in sushi preparation.
- Adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
