**Mortgage Advisor - Mortgage Broker - Mortgage Consultant - Mortgage Specialist**

AGCO Properties is seeking a skilled and committed **Mortgage Advisor** to support our growing sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Good at establishing and maintaining business relationships and networking.
- Meeting with Clients, and understand their sales goals and objectives.
- Asking questions about clients' financial backgrounds and situation.
- Explaining to clients the different types of mortgage products on offer.
- Assessing which type of mortgages are most suitable for your clients.
- Advising buyers and sellers on current market patterns.
- Explaining how repayments and mortgage protection work.
- Stay up to date with the industry situation and benchmarks.

**Requirements**:

- **UAE Valid driving license.**:

- **Minimum 2 Years Mortgage Experience in UAE.**:

- Previous experience in real estate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Self-motivated and excellent multitasker.
- Effective and accurate report-writing.

This is a **Salary and Commission** Based Role with realistic TAX FREE, Approximately **10,000 AED To 15,000 AED**

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Mortage Advisor: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- (UAE) driving license (preferred)
