Plant Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate and monitor the water treatment plant equipment, including pumps, valves, filters, and chemical dosing systems
- Conduct routine water quality tests to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adjust treatment processes as needed
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including water production, chemical usage, and equipment performance
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and instrumentation
- Participate in plant safety programs and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving plant equipment and process issues
- Maintain good communication with other plant operators and management
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in water treatment or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a water treatment plant operator or related field
- Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment, including chemical treatment and filtration systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
