CMA Terminals est un opérateur portuaire chargé de développer, concevoir, construire, acquérir et opérer des terminaux et des ports secs. CMA Terminals accueille les lignes du Groupe CMA CGM mais invite également toutes les compagnies maritimes afin de développer les terminaux et d'offrir un service de première qualité.

**MISSION**:
CMA Terminals Holding recherche un Ingénieur Civil en V.I.E. qui assistera le Facility Manager local de notre nouveau terminal CMAT Khalifa. Il mènera des missions sur site, telles que la due diligence, la supervision et l'assistance à la coordination sur divers projets d'infrastructure dans la région Moyen-Orient/Asie (par exemple : Egypte, Saoud et Inde) au sein du portefeuille de terminaux de CMA CGM (CMA Terminals +Terminal Link).

Basé aux E.A.U. (Dubaï)

Rattaché au chef de l'infrastructure de CMATH et au directeur général de CMAT-K au port de Khalifa.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Assurer le suivi du processus de transfert des actifs d'infrastructure de AD Port à CMAT-K, conformément aux directives.

Assister le PM ou GM local dans la mise en œuvre de tous les projets de génie civil, qu'il s'agisse de projets greenfield, brownfield ou M&A, depuis la faisabilité et la due diligence jusqu'à la conception, l'exécution et la remise finale, y compris la période de garantie.

Pour les projets déjà pourvus en personnel dans les terminaux existants, conseiller, suivre les améliorations et intervenir, si nécessaire, en assurant la supervision.

Pour les projets qui ne sont pas encore dotés en personnel, lancer les premières étapes en termes d'études et/ou d'enquêtes, structurer le projet avec les ressources internes ou externes nécessaires ; contribuer à la recherche du personnel adéquat.

Assister le chef de projet ou le directeur général local dans:
Respecter la portée et les spécifications contractuelles, le calendrier et le budget. Gérer les services fournis par les ingénieurs du propriétaire, les consultants techniques et les géomètres.

Gérer les contrats de construction, les interfaces avec tous les domaines d'expertise pertinents (fourniture d'équipement et contrats informatiques), y compris les questions HSSE / E&S.

Maintenir une collaboration étroite avec chaque fonction technique au sein du siège et/ou du terminal concerné afin d'assurer la compatibilité opérationnelle.

Mettre en place un reporting régulier au siège, avec des KPI sur les investissements et le calendrier.

**PROFIL ET COMPETENCES**:
Diplôme d'ingénieur civil ; une première expérience de stage dans le domaine de la construction portuaire/logistique ou maritime est requise, idéalement dans le secteur des terminaux à conteneurs.

Efficacité dans la planification, la gestion du budget et des contrats ; capacité d'analyse et de documentation approfondies. Maîtrise de MS Project, CAD, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Bonnes compétences en communication en anglais, capable de gérer efficacement un environnement multiculturel.

Sens du détail et du travail en équipe.
