Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery Operations:

- Receive delivery instructions and packages from the dispatch center or supervisor.
- Organize and load packages onto your delivery vehicle, ensuring items are secure and protected.
- Plan and follow assigned delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
- Use navigation tools and maps to find the fastest and safest routes.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safe driving practices at all times.
- Timely Deliveries:

- Deliver packages to customers within the designated timeframe.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers, where required.
- Handle cash-on-delivery transactions securely and accurately, if applicable.
- Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to the dispatch center or supervisor promptly.
- Customer Service:

- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with any delivery-related questions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Represent the company positively and maintain a good customer relationship.
- Vehicle Maintenance:

- Perform regular maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle, such as tire pressure, fuel level, and oil changes.
- Report any vehicle issues or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Safety and Security:

- Follow all safety guidelines and traffic regulations to ensure personal and public safety.
- Use personal protective equipment, such as helmets, gloves, and reflective clothing, as required.
- Secure packages properly to prevent damage during transportation.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or near misses to the supervisor.

Pay: AED2,700.00 per month
