We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Management. You’ll have a real passion for all things visual in the realms of branding, identity and printed communications; that’s corporate identities, branding, brand guidelines, brochures, reports, stationeries, keynote presentations, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, white papers and all other printed communications you can think of. Experience in digital communications (newsletters, social media) and exhibition graphics (large and small scale).

You must have a genuine desire to do brilliant work. Pushing creative standards (and boundaries) across print and digital, you will ensure any creative brief is fully explored and delivered to the highest standards. You will report to, and work directly with the Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the conceptualization of visuals based on project requirements and business objectives.
- Provide strategic input to align design efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Create compelling images and layouts by leveraging advanced design skills, both manually and using industry-standard design software.
- Develop high-quality illustrations, logos, and other design elements, setting the standard for the team.
- Conduct rigorous testing of graphics across various media to ensure optimal performance and visual consistency.
- Study design briefs, determining project requirements, and overseeing the execution of design projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and creative directors, to produce final designs that meet and exceed expectations.
- Spearhead the creation of social media content, brochures (digital and print), digital adverts, magazine ads, and other collateral.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging strategy.
- Present rough drafts and design ideas, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Amend designs iteratively, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts not only meet visual excellence standards but also adhere to brand guidelines.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, administration management or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design and management.
- Deliver under pressure and consistently work within tight schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects without compromising on quality.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (namely as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- A strong portfolio of work - illustrations and other graphics (digital and print)
- Proficient in Wordpress; UI/UX
- Experience with development of responsive websites with cross-browser and cross
- device optimization
- Knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required, Arabic required )
- Ability to work methodically and consistently meet deadlines
- Solid ability in both written and verbal communication in English
- A can-do and flexible approach

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
