Job Description

To establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key regional and global accounts within the engineering and construction sector, leveraging Fugro's Geo-data Intelligence (GDI) solution to meet and exceed partners' needs. The role entails developing tailored solution frameworks, facilitating collaborations with Geo-consultants, and securing long-term agreements to maximize value for both Fugro and its partners.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, understanding their business needs and how GDI can provide value.- Solution Design: Collaborate with Geo-consultants to create customized GDI frameworks that align with partners’ objectives.- Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate and secure long-term agreements that ensure sustained partnership success and value extraction from the GDI solution.- Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the engineering and construction market, including key players and emerging trends, to identify partnership opportunities.- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Fugro and partner organizations, ensuring clear communication and mutual satisfaction.

You bring (qualifications & experience):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years in partnership development, business development, or a related role within the engineering, construction, or technology sectors.- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex business landscapes, identify market opportunities, and make decisions that align with the company's strategic goals.- Proven proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key industry players, ensuring alignment and fostering collaborative efforts for business growth.
