**Role Description**

This is a full-time role as a Property Consultant - Sales & Leasing at Classic Paramount Real Estate located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Property Consultant - Sales & Leasing, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to property sales and leasing. This includes conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire sales and leasing process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in property sales and leasing
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-driven and motivated with a strong sales acumen
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
