**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role to manage the bar, prepare drinks, assist the guests and manage the reservations in a British pub, to ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

**Qualifications**

**BARMAID/HOSTESS**
- Previous **experience as a barmaid (female bartender) and hostess required** and proficiency in reservation management preferred
- Proven experience in mixology and preparing classic alcoholic, non-alcoholic and new drinks
- Familiarity with UAE drinking law, health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service are required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work various shifts
