Technical Trainer

Required Technical Trainer - UAE national for a leading Telecom company in UAE.
- Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma

Professional Certification:

- Training related certifications preferred

**Experience**:

- Higher Diploma - At least 10 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment
- Bachelors - At least 6 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment
- At least 3 years of experience as a trainer
- Experience within Military preferred

Skills & Abilities:

- MS-Office Applications
- Competence development planning
- Good written and oral communication skills
- The ability to prioritize, manage own workload and work under pressure to demanding deadlines.

Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of SAT approach to training preferred
Knowledge of Military training programs preferred
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training courses required for each level of repair and maintenance
- Define and prepare the course syllabus with the direction of Senior Training Specialist
- Develop SAT certified training courses
- Assess individual training needs and compile individual training plans
- Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance, when required.
- Provide progress and performance reporting
