Would you like to join our client’s growing Wealth Advice team in Dubai, UAE?

Within the Middle East, our client pioneers the delivery of comprehensive, holistic financial planning and evidence-based investment advisory services for HNW individuals, families, business owners. They assist clients in articulating meaningful goals and attaining those goals through actions and strategies consistent with their values.

As an Associate, you will assist the organization in the delivery of outstanding client-focused, financial services. You’ll be in a non-advisory developing role whereby you’ll be participating in the client journey while assisting and being mentored by a Senior Associate.

This will provide you a clear pathway for further development with the objective of learning the company’s processes and methodology, ensuring positive outcomes. A bias towards action is necessary, as well as the ability to work in a rapidly growing and evolving environment, and possessing a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

**In this role, you will**:

- Play a significant part in the service delivery of positive client outcomes alongside the Senior Associate.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of outstanding client-focused financial planning in an efficient and timely manner.
- Support the Senior Associate in executing the client relationship strategy.
- Support the Senior Associates in maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving engagement.
- Ensure that their work undertaken complies with regulatory guidelines issued by the compliance department.
- Support the Paraplanners with research and analysis for the preparation of personal financial plans and annual progress meetings.
- Attend annual progress meetings with the Senior Associates.
- Progress in line with the appropriate career path, including taking the relevant CII/CISI qualifications.
- Ensure client files are kept up to date with the latest information.

**Qualifications** What you will bring**:

- 0 - 3 years of experience.
- Commitment to always acting in the clients’ best interests.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships.
- Growth mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to explain complicated investment concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
- Highly team-oriented work aptitude.
- Self-motivated to complete responsibilities with limited supervision.
- Minimum of degree or equivalent qualification.
- A unique ability/something special.
- Ability to thrive within a positive, candid, challenging, and collaborative environment - encouraging others to develop ways to work with them with a ‘How can WE’ mindset, increasing efficiency and effectiveness to better benefit clients.

**The process**:

- You may be invited for an initial 15-minute telephone interview with our client’s HR team.
- Innermetrix and work-related assessments.
- 1-2 hour Interview with the team leader and team members.
- Final 30-minute culture fit interview with a senior leader.
