**Requirements and Qualifications**
- With a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a receptionist in the construction industry, preferably in the civil industry from UAE or other GCC.
- Diploma, Secondary Level or Equivalent.
- Greet and meet all visitors, customers & and agents in good attire.
- Guide visitors to the target department as required.
- Fix appointments with concerned persons for visitors.
- Maintain the record of visitors, to mention the name, reason & and target department required.
- Handling the in-out phone calls, and transfer to the target department required.
- Assist HR Division as required.
- Log information on calls received, where required, and maintain detailed and accurate records.
- File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
- Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, shredding machine, and photocopy machine.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Perform other jobs as assigned.
- Good interrelationship skills
- Ability to handle guest from different cultural backgrounds.
- Take ownership of own objectives agreed upon and of the objectives of subordinates.
- Stimulate a result-oriented organizational culture by regularly sharing the department's performance and results.
- Seek and share information and ideas for the visitors.
- Show respect, flexibility, and loyalty towards colleagues throughout the organization.
- Communicate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing.
- Able to adequately solve problems or disputes.
**Salary**: From AED1,000.00 per month
