**DESCRIPTION**

Founded in 2016, we are a multidisciplinary team of communications strategists, storytellers, PR executives, and creatives, building personal and executive brands for high-profile entrepreneurs, CEOs, and personalities by managing their personal communication strategies & campaigns, social media channels, keynotes on stage and media coverage.

We seek a full-time Graphic Designer to support and help advance our growth in North America and the Middle East. We work five days a week from 9pm to 6pm. This is a hybrid role - 3 days are based out of our Dubai office, and 2 days are working from home.

**Job Description**:
As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for assisting with conceptualizing our client’s visual brand identity and social media design representation across multiple channels. You will recommend and implement a range of design strategies that will elevate their personal brands, online and offline.

Ideally you will have at least 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role and based in the UAE currently. You will be required to play a key role within our creative services, identifying synergies and informing artistic output across marketing and communications, as well as outstanding storytelling and narrative development across a range of multimedia formats.

You will be capable of creating an idea, pushing the concept, and ensuring it is resolved to the highest level of industry best practices.

You will be required to highlight responsibility and accountability within your role and must aim to bring each of our clients’ brands to life, showcase consistent improvements in visual delivery, and demonstrate how you’ve contributed to the clients’ and agency’s growth story.

The graphic designer will also be offered the opportunity to contribute to the overall visual aesthetic of our Prestidge Group brand and play a key role in shaping our marketing and communication materials.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with conceptualizing on the visual and creative requirements for clients personal and executive brands across industry.

Ideate, develop, and design captivating visual assets, including but not limited to digital and print materials, social media profiles and graphics, website banners, presentations, press and speaking kits, digital assets and marketing collateral in a way that it attracts new followers, increases engagement rates, and elevates the quality of our products & services.

Collaborate closely with your line managers, directors, creative leads, content writers, account managers, and the videography team to ensure consistent brand look-and-feel across project requirements.

Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities - including the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring easy accessibility, and version control. Uphold a high standard of visual quality and attention to detail in all design deliverables.

Create inspiring and exciting content - from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation of fresh content that aligns with strategic goals for clients.

Keeping up to date with personal branding and social media best practices and trends.

**Requirements**:
At least 2-3 years of experience specifically as a Graphic Designer.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

Proven in-depth understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, colour theory, and typography usage.

Excellent existing working knowledge of the Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office software.

Apple Keynote and any 3D experience also beneficial.

Ability to listen, understand, and deliver projects assigned by the Creative Leads and Directors to strict deadlines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as an attitude that is dedicated, passionate, challenging, and is willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

Demonstrate strong ideas with a portfolio to match.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Figma, Canvas, Procreate, and UI/UX are a major plus.

Follow brand and campaign guidelines.
