**HSE**
- Implements Health and Safety procedures at project sites.
- Provides assistance to the rope access team to meet the documental requirements for IRATA certification
- Visits all project sites as per the allotted area on a regular basis to monitor the implementation of sound Health and Safety standards.
- Prepares risk assessment reports & incident reports related to new projects and trains the staff and supervisors on ways of mitigating the risk.
- Conducts Induction Health and Safety sessions on the job training for all projects.
- Develop, implement and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support the operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & OSHAD-SF.
- Prepares leaflets and brochures on Health & Safety issues such as personal protective equipment, safety hazards, preventive measures and awareness in the use of chemicals.
- Investigates and prepares reports on accidents involving project staff.
- Provides Health & Safety training to managers & their subordinates at different project sites.
- Prepares monthly safety and health reports and submits it to the head of department and clients
- Conducts inspection in all the company accommodations and submits monthly report to Admin Dept.
- Prepare QHSE documentation for clients/projects as per the requirements and in consultation with the Operations team.
- Undertake QHSE inspections internally and with third parties (contractors) as per the approved inspection program of the company. Follows up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments.
- Develops, facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team.
- Record QHSE key performance indicators on a monthly basis and issue reports as necessary. Suggest and advise changes to ensure continuous improvement on any additional effective KPIs to be added in the system as part of continual improvement.

**BICSc Training**
- Provides assistance to the concerned department in conducting the training needs analysis.
- Prepares the training plan staff.
- Conducts orientation programs for the newly employed frontline staff.
- Prepares the training material for the cleaners, maids, office boys, camp bosses, security staff and drivers.
- Collects feedback on the training programs conducted by outside vendors, analyses the results and reports the same to Operations Manager.
- Conducts safety training for administration and projects staff to ensure a high level of safety awareness among them.
- Prepares and submits to the Head of the Department reports on various issues relating to Training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
