**Overview**:
As a Burger Maker in our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concept, you will be responsible for crafting delicious burger with precision and efficiency. Your primary role will involve preparing the burger according to our established recipes and standards. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely order fulfillment and uphold the quality and reputation of our pizza offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all the burger ingredients.
- Operate the burger cooker and other equipment safely and efficiently, monitoring cooking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to prioritize orders and maintain smooth production flow during peak hours.
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely restocking and replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation area, including cleaning utensils, work surfaces, and equipment regularly.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and adherence to hygiene practices.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing any questions or special requests related to burger orders.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks and duties as needed, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleaning.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive and productive work environment, contributing ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in burger preparation or a similar role in the food service industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the restaurant.
- Physical stamina and agility to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
