Description

Performance Indicators

**Key Accountability 1: HVAC Maintenance Service Delivery.**

Responsible for:

- Efficiently execute corrective and reactive maintenance services of unitary, applied chilled water products, chilled water system, equipment’s in accordance with HVAC standards and comply with customer service level agreements (SLA), KPI’s.
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance services of unitary, chilled water system equipment’s and devices in accordance with HVAC standards and agreed PPM schedule.
- Carryout daily site inspections to ensure quality of works and adherence to the set standards and submit reports to next reporting level
- Responsible for takeover and handover of the AMC
- CM/RM service request statistics
- SLA Compliance report
- Number of repeat complaints
- Customer feedback
- PPM Services Plan Vs Actual
- Invoice Submission reports
- Site Inspection reports
- Site quality audit reports
- Takeover, handover reports

**Key Accountability 2: Customer Service**

Responsible for:

- Contribute to the development of a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationship with client, client representatives.
- Achieve and enhance customer satisfaction by meeting and /or exceeding the customer requirements, SLA’s.
- Client Satisfaction report
- Customer feedback report

**Key Accountability 3: QHSE.**

Responsible for:

- Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of quality management system by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standard.
- Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others
- Implement all HSE policy, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions (tool box talk) - thus preventing potential incidents at all times.
- Quality Reports

**Key Accountability 4: Equipment’s, Tools & Tackles, Return of materials.**

Responsible for:

- Maintain list of company’s equipment’s, tools and tackles issued to the team and return the same
- Calibration of all tools and tackles, safety devices
- Ensuring returning all defective, unused materials, spare parts to store
- List of tools and tackles
- Calibration of tools and tackles
- Material return note.

**Key Accountability 5: Behavioural and discipline.**

Responsible for:

- Punctuality, time management and proper communication with engineer, manager, team and customers
- Compliance to company policies and procedures
- Daily attendance
- Deviation and non-compliance report

**Key Accountability 6: Performance of AMC.**

Responsible for:

- Execution of AMC, Casual jobs efficiently with in the budget and ensure profitability of the same
- Submission of customer invoices on time
- Generate revenue from refurbishment / retrofit works
- AMC Performance report
- Invoice submission records
- Number of casual jobs, Revenue of casual jobs

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
**Minimum Qualifications, Certification and Knowledge**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical / Air-conditioning & Refrigeration (02-03 Years) / ITI
- Computer skills
- National and International Industry standards (ANSI/ASHRAE, CIBSE)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements

**Minimum Experience**:
7-10 years of experience in HVAC Maintenance of Unitary, Applied products of residential, commercial & industrial facilities
