**Responsibilities**:

- Photo Editing:

- Manipulate and enhance digital images to meet brand standards and project requirements.
- Retouch and edit photographs for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media, and website content.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all visual assets.
- Video Editing:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos.
- Add visual effects, transitions, and graphics to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging video concepts and storyboards.
- Creative Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver visually compelling designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to maintain a cohesive visual identity across various platforms.
- Software Proficiency:

- Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Cap Cut to execute design projects.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and software updates to maintain a high level of expertise.
- Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and project execution.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both photo and video editing.
- Understanding of design principles, composition, and typography of the Real Estate Market.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and photo/video editing.

**Experience**:

- graphic designer: 1 year (preferred)
