**Responsibilities**:

- Development of commercial plans: identifies objectives for work on territory such as sales and market share, call contact rates, meetings, targeted physicians, strategies, tactics and follows up
- Stays constantly aware of sales developments, physician reactions to promotional campaigns, trends in competition, new competitor product entries, and effectiveness of campaign materials through appropriate frequency and efficiency in visits.
- Communicate on medical information inquiries, medical literature etc. to the company from customer contacts.
- Plans and organizes activities within the territory in collaboration with marketing team. This is based on an analysis of opportunities and objectives and then implements action plans in such a manner that ensures time and effort are properly utilized to maximize effectiveness.
- Optimizes team territory planning and is responsible for the management of the sales force as per the performance standards of the team.
- All assigned reports are compiled and submitted by the Sales Manager in an accurate manner and as per schedule date.
- Attract, recruit and retain talent while developing & motivating sales team.
- Maintains long lasting relationships with key clients to promote company image and products and assure long lasting partnerships

**Qualifications**:

- Education: University Degree preferably with medical background
- English & Arabic proficiency
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Oncology is a priority
- Market experience is a must
- UAE Residency is a plus
- People Management Experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to synthesize local insights as input to the district Integrated customer business plan
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Strong customer management and customer engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills to drive performance, and build a collaborative team culture
- Experience in Marketing, Hospitals environment, Account Management
