Ensure that all required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budgets) are in place prior to commencing work.

Have experience in co-ordination with Client / Consultant / Vendors / Sub-contractors / government Authorities

Produce part(s) of detailed design specifications under supervision.

Execute technical work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.

Complete test work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.

Experience in Installation/Testing of Substations Transformers, MV Switchgears,LV Panel, FP, ST, LCC, Street Lights, FDB, LV & 11KV cables and Fiber Optic cables.

Experience in taking Shutdowns for energizing/commissioning new Sub Stations.

Experience in handing tendering documents.

Carry out documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems based on client requirements.

Proactively recommend the potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering group.

Share technical knowledge with the project team, supervisor, own discipline, and other engineering disciplines.

Report progress and technical problems and/or changes to the project lead engineer or principal engineer.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in engineering preferred-preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Appropriate technical qualification for the role.

Project Management and Team Leading Skills

Approved Electrical Engineer license from UAE authority

Ability to effectively communicate in English & Arabic.
