** CBTC Signalling Assessor (ISA) - GCC Region**

EWI have an exciting opportunity for CBTC Signalling Assessor, to join a leading European Engineering Consultancy to join a prestigious Rail project in the Middle East

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct safety assessments for Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) Signalling systems on a rail project in the GCC region.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Evaluate and analyse safety documentation, hazard logs, and risk assessments related to CBTC Signalling.
- Provide expertise in identifying safety risks, proposing mitigation measures, and ensuring the overall safety of the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Independent Safety Assessor
- Over 10 years of overall professional experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Independent Safety Assessor in CBTC Signalling projects.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the rail industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential safety issues and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with regional safety standards and practices in the GCC region is highly desirable.
