**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and understand client business processes and requirements.
- Map client requirements to ERPNext functionalities and ensure a seamless fit.
- Customize and configure ERPNext modules to meet client needs.
- Conduct data migration, training sessions and workshops for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERPNext deployments.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement and test new features and enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in ERPNext implementation.
- Strong understanding of business and accounting principles.
- Good to have Python and Frappe framework knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
