Prepares and process immigration, GDRFA, Labor, Municipality, Ejari, etc.
- Ensures all information and documents are complete and accurate.
- Coordinates with the clients.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward customers always.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per the work requirements.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Any task/s as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Nationality = UAE with family book (Must)

Gender = Male/Female

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in Customer Happiness
