Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Site Surveys: Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess the electrical maintenance requirements of clients. Evaluate the existing electrical infrastructure, identify potential issues, and provide expert recommendations.

Techno-Commercial Offers: Prepare detailed techno-commercial offers based on the site surveys and client requirements. Provide accurate cost estimates, technical specifications, and proposed solutions that align with the client's needs.

Vendor Registrations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential vendors and suppliers. Register the organization with new clients as an approved vendor, ensuring compliance with their procurement processes.

Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online research, and industry events. Identify potential clients and engage them to understand their electrical maintenance needs.

Team Support: Collaborate with the execution team to assist in the actual implementation of electrical maintenance projects. Provide technical guidance, support, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their long-term requirements, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Target Achievement: Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and objectives. Continuously monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:
Electrical Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of LV/MV electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices. Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations is essential.

UAE Driving License: Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the electrical maintenance industry. Ability to effectively negotiate, persuade, and close deals with clients.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly convey technical information and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client requirements, identify solutions, and offer tailored recommendations.

Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and providing support as required. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
