**Job Summary**:
Responsible for all formalized documentation methodology, review, and oversight (Policy, Standard, Procedures).

Responsible to coordinate and support governance and reporting requirements, preparation of reports / information for governance forums, liaison with external departments and internal stakeholders to gather inputs for special initiatives.

**Role and Responsibility**:

- Advise, Initiate and distribute roles to build a develop an ideal IT Operating model
- Support the documentation of the IT Strategy for Dubai Economy and Tourism to support their business goals and objectives.
- Process Maturity Assessments, Remediation & Process Re-Engineering as needed
- IT Service Catalog monitoring (Performance Metrics and Review of all IT Services as per IT Service Catalog
- Development processes to create new operational services
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure that he needs and requirements of IT units are addressed through proper channels and defined processes.
- Audit interface - to DET internal governance functions including (Information Security, Privacy, Internal Audit, Quality Assurance etc)
- Audit interface - to external audits including Dubai government entities external assessments.
- Support in monitoring vendor performance and developing periodic performance reporting for senior management based on inputs from delivery managers.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to develop operational reporting (projects and operations metrics) for designated governance forums.
- Support the measurement, monitoring and periodic reporting of the effectiveness of DE IT processes and controls in alignment with industry standards and leading practices.
- Assist with internal communication as needed to ensure stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to develop budget plans and monitor budget utilizations.
- Track and develop IT RFPs for on time execution and service’s renewal.
- Build and monitor KPI Dashboards, as per governance requirement.
- Actively participate on department KPI monitoring and submission to respective stakeholders.

**Technical competencies**:

- Experience in software product development, SDLC, COBIT, Agile methodologies and practices.
- Working knowledge of COBIT / TOGAF / ITIL Frameworks
- Experience in local and international standards such as ISO 27K, ISO 9K, Dubai ISR etc.
