Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Manage all social media accounts, creating engaging content and growing online presence.
- Oversee brand communication and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on branding and promotional activities.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing (preferably in the beauty or salon industry).
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to develop creative and impactful branding strategies.
