**职位概述**
安装和维护工具、器具和设备，及推荐其更换件，并执行预防性维护。校准所有控件、量器和仪表等。识别、查找和操作所有截止阀。根据需要订购、标记和储备零件和耗材。维护库存和采购订单日志。检查工具、设备或机器。使用计算机输入和查找工作相关信息。操作动力升降机。填写防火安全检查表，包括消防泵试运行和发电机试运行。检查消防喷淋阀和报警系统。协助制订救灾协议。回应并处理客人的维修请求。协助管理层招聘、培训、安排、评估、疏导、惩戒、激励和指导员工。
