**About Us**
We are a Swedish-based digital marketing company expanding our reach to Dubai, serving local SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses) with innovative marketing solutions. Our services cover everything from strategy and SEO to high-quality photography and videography. We aim to create impactful visual content for our clients across social media, websites, and Google platforms. We’re now looking to add a passionate, full-time Creative Photographer/Videographer to our team, who can bring fresh ideas, technical expertise, and creative flair to each project.

**The Role**

**What You’ll Do**
Capture Content: Plan and conduct photo and video shoots at clients' locations, capturing high-quality visuals that highlight their brand and services.
Create Trending Reels: Develop short-form videos that tap into social media trends, increasing engagement and visibility for clients.
360 Photography: Take 360-degree photos for Google My Business and Google Street View (training and equipment provided if needed).
Edit and Enhance: Use your post-production skills to edit and enhance photos and videos, utilizing a range of software for color correction, cropping, resizing, and visual effects.
Software Mastery: Work with industry-standard editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and DaVinci Resolve, to deliver polished, professional content.
Manage Equipment: Select and assemble the right equipment, settings, and props for each shoot, ensuring the best possible results.
Client Interaction: Work on-site with clients, collaborating closely to meet their specific needs and bring their vision to life.

**Who You Are**
Skilled in Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant software.
Passionate for Visual Storytelling: A natural eye for composition and detail, with a love for creating visuals that resonate and tell a story.
Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media trends and an ability to create engaging, shareable reels.
Flexible & Reliable: Willingness to work on clients' premises, adaptable to changing environments, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Strong Communicator: Good written and spoken English skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.

**Additional Requirements**
Must be based in Dubai
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach
Experience with a digital marketing agency is preferred, though not required

**Position Details**
